Note2- Simplex [Talk Around] is actually the switching of the Transceivers to both Transmit & Receive on the Repeater's Output frequency.
The simplex channels are labelled as the Repeaters channel plus 20.
Thus Ch. 28 is the Simplex (or Talk around) on the Ch.8 repeater.
